Yesterday I bought sheets of wood that we will use to cover the tops of the compost bins. These pieces of wood will keep out debris from the compost.

We got the palpates from ace hardware put all of it together with L brackets and screws it is almost complete we need to put the hinges so we can put the doors on so the composed food will be easier to take and use. We are still researching how we should collect the food scrapes.

Today my group found the area that we will put the compost box and how we will asemble it. We are going to use palates with nails or L brakets to hold every thing in place. This is a update for 3/26/14
